TIPS & HANDLING

- Shake Well Before Use.
- Shelf Life: 9 months from the date of manufacturing
- For cooking use directly from pack
- For whipping, chill the pack between 4°C to 7°C. Add 15-20% sugar, as per taste. Whip until soft but firm peaks form.
- For Ambient, store in cool and dry place (15°C to 28°C).
- After opening refrigerate between 4°C - 7°C & use within 2 days.
